Matthieu Boucher received a Bachelor degree (BSc) in biochemistry as well as his Masters (MSc) and Doctorate (PhD) degrees in pharmacology at the University of Montréal in Montréal, Canada. Subsequently, he completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA and another MSc degree in pharmaceutical medicine from Hibernia College in Dublin, Ireland.
Dr. Boucher is medical advisor at Pfizer Canada and manages the scientific and medical affairs focused in psychiatry, central nervous system and women's health. He has published over 100 abstracts and over 30 peer-reviewed manuscripts, and has been invited as a speaker at local, national and international conferences.
Dr. Boucher is also adjunct professor at the Department of Pharmacology and Therapeutics at McGill University (Montreal, Canada). His expertise includes psychopharmacology of major depressive disorder and anxiety, as well as the pharmacology of treatment of menopause symptoms.
