If you're caring for an aging loved one at home, it's important to take a more critical look at the safety of your space. That's because accidents can happen, even in homes that have always seemed perfectly safe. As people age, their balance, vision, hearing, and sensitivity to temperatures can all be affected, and tasks that were once simple may become difficult or even dangerous to perform.
